关于 Prime 计划拟议变更的 Snapshot 投票即将在 Venus Governance 上线。
由于我们已经不再使用 snapshot.box 账户，本次投票将以 Venus Governance 上的 空 VIP（empty VIP） 形式进行。
鉴于社区中目前存在许多不同甚至相互冲突的意见，我们希望通过本次投票，更准确地量化社区情绪与意见倾向。再次强调，本次投票将是一个空 VIP，不会对协议本身执行任何实际变更。
我们强烈鼓励所有社区成员参与投票并参与治理。投票正式上线后，我们会尽快分享链接。
